Our Villa has open plan living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen which provides access to the secluded private swimming pool and BBQ/patio areas with a high degree of privacy from an outside eye.

The Villa is located in village of Üzümlü, offering an elegant accommodation to those wishing to experience breathtaking panoromic land and nature views of Üzümlü area. The villa is equipped with all necessary households but has no internet access.

It comprises of a living/dining area with an open plan kitchen which opens onto the pool terrace and 2 ensuite bedrooms. There is a dining table and 4 chairs beside the kitchen area. Swimming Pool :Secluded private swimming pool with 145 cm depth, 6, 5 m length and 3, 5 m width. Swimming pool and garden is maintained every day.

100% privacy is afforded within the swimmingpool area complete with sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and BBQ area.

Although there is a high degree of privacy from an outside eye around the swimming pool area but we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in other areas of this villa.

For customers information, this natural secluded holiday villa is located in the hilly parts of Üzümlü, the roads leading to the villa might be steep ramp, narrow and uneven.

Please Note : A security deposit will be required in cash by the villa owner for staying in this villa. The deposit will be held to cover any damages and accidental loses, and will be refunded on the departure after the house is controlled by the owner or the representative. Amount is variable for each villa. Please check the house carefully on the arrival and inform our representative or the house owner for any damages or loses.

***Our villas are constantly eradicated for insects but still possible to see some insects around as most of our villas are located in natural areas.
