You will not be able to get enough of the unique sunset in this villa for rent . We are sure that you will have the best holiday time in our conservative rental villa.

Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: There is a double suite bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, jacuzzi, sink and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and sink.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dinnerware for 4 people, cutlery and an outlet per pool.

Living Room: In the sea ​​view hall of our villa, there is a seating group, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, TV, DVD, dining table, wifi, pool press outlet.

Pool and Garden: Our villa has a private swimming pool and there are umbrellas, sun loungers, barbecue, dining table by the pool.

Other Things to Note

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done by the staff, for a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 750 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage, broken or missing problem, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is at 16.00 on the first day and at 10.00 in the morning on the last day. We would like to point out that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive earlier than your check-in time to the Villa/Apartment, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.

In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools .
