If you are tired of squat hotel rooms or hostels, our large duplex villa with a large garden is just for you. We thought of our child guests in our large garden and provided various fun activities such as swings, slides, and hammocks for them. There is also a barbecue and a covered dining table in our garden. Thanks to the sheltered pool, you can have fun and enjoy your holiday. One of our suite bedrooms has a direct exit to the pool terrace. Our other bedrooms are on the upper floor and face the nature view.

You can add pleasure to your holiday with the jacuzzi in the suite bedroom. Exquisite Family Halal Holiday Villa in Kalkan is located close to the market and restaurant and provides transportation to Kalkan centre after 8-10 minutes' drive. 2. Bedroom: On the 1st floor, there is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, wing chair, beanbag cushion, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: 1st floor, 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen : The large American kitchen of our villa will make you feel like your own home kitchen. In addition, air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, toaster, kettle, oven, 4-cooker set, large dining table for 6 people, pans, pots, etc. in the kitchen. We offer you the opportunity to use kitchen tools.

Living Room: In the hall of Villa Bella, a spacious living room with a stylish seating group, air conditioning, television, internet, satellite, armchair, coffee table will be waiting for you. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool: The pool of our villa is sheltered so that it cannot be seen from the outside and offers you a peaceful and pleasant pool experience. Conservative swimming pool, private for you, sunbeds and umbrellas await you on the most beautiful days of summer.

Garden: In the garden of our villa, there is a private swimming pool, 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, a sun terrace, a table for 6 people, a sitting group, a barbecue for your barbecue, a sun umbrella.

Other Things to Note

Cleaning and Maintenance: Before the villa is delivered to you clean, cleaning is done and your cleaning works are done once a week while you are on vacation. Thus, you do not have to deal with cleaning while you enjoy your holiday. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases and many other services are taken care of by our staff responsible for the cleaning of your villa, subject to a fee. In our villas, which have a great location in nature, medicines are made regularly and the possibility of your holiday to be interrupted by insects is minimized, but we cannot guarantee you 100% insect-proofing because our villas are located in nature and such situations can happen.

Deposit : As the last step before your holiday starts, a deposit is taken from you. If there are no problems such as broken or lost as a result of any damage, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before leaving the villa and if no problems are found, a deposit of 750 TL is returned to you.

For all our villa types, the first day check-in time is 16.00 in the afternoon, and at the end of your holiday, your departure time is 10:00 in the morning. We have to state that we will not be able to assist you in cases of arriving earlier than your check-in time, as the necessary cleaning is done for hygiene in the intervening time. Therefore, we ask you to pay attention to your entrance and exit times to the villa.

We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas that are sheltered around the pool, and there is always a 5% avoidance margin in these villas.
