The Space

Our conservative rental villa located in Üzümlü of Kaş, one of the favourite touristic places of Antalya, has been designed so that you can have a fun time with your loved ones. There are authentic breezes in our villa, which fascinates with its architecture. Our conservative villa has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms, it is preferred by our honeymoon couples. The private swimming pool and pool terrace in our villa, which is located in touch with nature, can be closed with a curtain system and may be the choice of conservative families. You can make the unique view of nature enjoyable with the swing in our garden.

Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: The bedroom of our conservative villa, which fascinates with its stone and wooden architecture, has a jacuzzi where you can spend pleasant moments with the view. Our room has 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and sink.

2. Bedroom: Our bedroom, which is designed quite large, is designed against the sea view like all our other rooms. Opening to the garden with pool, our room has 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and sink.

Kitchen: It is possible to find all the kitchen utensils you are looking for in our kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. In our modern American kitchen, everything from refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove and pan set is fully available.

Lounge: We have no doubt that you will feel like your own home in our living room that opens to the pool. With the television in our living room, you can enjoy a movie against the endless view of Kaş. There is a sitting group, satellite receiver, television, air conditioner, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, wi-fi modem in our living room.

Garden: You can spend pleasant moments with your holiday partners with the large pool in the sheltered garden of our conservative villa. Since our villa is sheltered, you can sunbathe comfortably on the sun loungers by the pool, and you can end the sweet tiredness of the day with a barbecue feast with the dining table and chairs in our large garden. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you in a clean way. Our professional staff cleans once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. is done subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 750 Turkish Liras is taken at the first entrance to the villa in order to ensure mutual trust. If we do not encounter any damage, broken or lost problems, the villa is checked 10 minutes before your departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest. Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day and departure time is 10.00 on the last day. We would like to state in advance that we will not be able to help you if you come to the villa earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the time period in between. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

Spraying is done regularly in all our villas located in nature. However, in the surrounding area; Unfortunately, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, and pest-like animals. We recommend that you bring a protective body spray with you to avoid any inconvenience.

Guest Access

This is a private villa and you will have total access to it. This means you will not be disturbed during your stay.
