Location: Our villas consist of residential units located on very steep mountain slopes due to the geographical location of the Kalkan Region. For this reason, there are hill roads and dirt roads during transportation to the villas. For this reason, you must come with your own car or rent a car. Since our villas outside the center are located in the village, you may encounter flies, insects, bees, etc.

Damage Deposit: A cash damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, this fee is refunded on the day of departure.
Deposit: After the pre-lease is made, 30% of the total fee to be paid for the villa/apartment is taken as a deposit payment. If the deposit is paid within 1 (one) business day after the pre-rental is made, the villa/apartment is reserved in your name.
