Hall Details

There is a seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, coffee table in the hall. The lounge can be accessed from the pool terrace and the lounge is quite spacious and comfortable.

Kitchen Details

Modern American cuisine includes built-in ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, toasters, kettles, microwaves, 4-burner stoves, pots and pans, dining tables, dinnerware, cutlery, tea, coffee and water cups. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool Details

Pool Terrace The pool terrace has a private swimming pool, sun terrace, sun loungers, sun umbrella, barbecue, garden table and chairs.

Shallow pool dimensions: 2.5m x 3.75m depth 30cm

The pool of our villa is sheltered.

Extra Information

Please note that pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the rates. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. insurance are not included in the prices. Wi-Fi wireless Internet is available in the villa.

Ironing, ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner are available.

Other Things to Note

Damage Deposit

A deposit of 500 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, fracture, spill, etc. If there are no problems, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note
All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. The garden of our villa is fenced and we have a darts and similar entertainment garden.
