Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom & WC.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom & WC.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in cooker, oven, microwave oven, tea maker, kettle, dining table, dinner set, and necessary kitchen equipment in the kitchen of our villa.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, satellite, internet coffee table in our living room.

Pool and Garden: Our villa has a private sheltered swimming pool, sun umbrella by the pool, barbecue sun loungers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 750 Turkish lire is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, broken or loss, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before leaving the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time to all our villas is at 16.00 in the afternoon on the first day, and at 10.00 in the morning on the last day. We would like to point out that we cannot assist you if you arrive earlier than your villa/apartment check-in time, as the cleaning is done in the intervening time.

Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas, which are located in nature. In spite of this; butterflies, insects, flies, etc. there is a possibility.

In our villas with sheltered pools, we do not guarantee 100% not being seen, in these villas, there is always a 5% avoidance margin.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it goes uphill.
