The Space

The villa features a fully fitted open kitchen equipped with everything you require for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, fruit press, toaster & mixer.

A bright and airy living room with satellite television, wi-fi internet and A/C and dining facilities opening to a covered terrace with portable barbecue. Relax on the spacious balcony with a glass of wine, rakı or a cold local beer and enjoy the garden and sea view.

The villa is on a 15 minutes drive from the cosy center of Bodrum where you can find a variety of shops, and restaurants. The pretty village Güvercinlik is at an approx 10 minutes drive.

The villa is cleaned once a week, which will include a change of linen.

A welcome pack, a few essentials such as tea, coffee, bottled water, fruit juice, eggs, bread, milk etc can be ordered at extra charge - very handy for late night arrivals!

PS: Price includes linen, water, electricity, weekly cleaning and 15 GB internet.

PS: Refundable deposit is 150 €. If no damage, the security deposit will be paid back via the account within 7 business days.

Guest Access

Guvercinlik is located northeast of Bodrum and 22 kms from the center. As you approach Bodrum peninsula by car, it is the place you first start to see the sea on your right, edged with beautiful pine forests. Guvercinlik bay is closely surrounded by Salih Island, which almost turns the sea into a lake. There are some cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea along the promenade. As you drive along the coast, you may notice a number of fish farms raising sea bass.
Guvercinlik is only 20 minutes away from Bodrum center by minibuses (dolmus).
