* Smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of our homes.

* Pets are not accepted unless stated otherwise in the home description.

* Unless otherwise stated in the home description, parties and events cannot be organized.

* The number of people stated in the reservation is considered as the basis of accommodation and excess capacity is not allowed.

* The guests will act within the rules of general respect and neighborhood towards the residents of the villas and surrounding villas and residences and avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. In addition, they will not take part in any illegal activity. The guest is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and unlawful activities arising from his own defects and behaviors in the rented house during the stay and other individuals staying in the dwelling.
