Our cottage villa with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the single-storey main building has a capacity of 6 people. Up to 8 people can be accommodated on request, using a single-room annex for additional crowded groups.Our rental villa, where you can spend an isolated holiday away from the crowd, is often preferred because it is located a short distance from Bodrum city center, Yalıkavak Palmarina and one of the most beautiful beaches of Bodrum, the blue flag Ortakent / Yahşi beach.

If you wish, you can enjoy the private swimming pool in your large garden and walk around the house. Villa Beyza is an ideal choice to relieve the stress of the whole year with your loved ones.

Notes About Bodrum Family Villa

* Prices are for a 3-bedroom house. For the stays over 6 people, the additional building (4th room) usage is 500 TL per day.

* Smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of our homes.

* Pets are not accepted unless stated otherwise in the home description.

* Unless otherwise stated in the home description, parties and events cannot be organized.

* The number of people stated in the reservation is considered as the basis of accommodation and excess capacity is not allowed.

* The guests will act within the rules of general respect and neighborhood towards the residents of the villas and surrounding villas and residences and avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. In addition, they will not take part in any illegal activity. The guest is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and unlawful activities arising from his own defects and behaviors in the rented house during the stay and other individuals staying in the dwelling.

* Guests agree to submit valid identity documents, including infants and children, in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration Law No. 1774 and undertake that the information they provide is accurate and complete.
