Bedroom: Our quiet and peaceful double bedroom has air conditioning, vanity table, nightstand, hair dryer, wardrobe, washbasin and bathroom that you can turn on when you want to freshen up. In addition, there is a jacuzzi and a heated pool in our room for you to spend your holiday in luxury comfort.

Kitchen: If you prioritize the food for your pleasure rather than for eating, this villa's kitchen is just for you! It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, built-in cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, toaster and kitchen tools and utensils.

Living Room: In our living room with a sea view, there is a sitting group where you can feel at home, plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning. There is also a sink and toilet. We also have an iron and ironing board to help show the elegance of your clothes.

Pool and Garden: In our garden where you will witness the magnificent sunrise and be speechless against the sunset, there is a private swimming pool with sea view, sun loungers and umbrellas. We have a seating area where you and your spouse can isolate yourself from the outside world. There is also a barbecue and dining table for you to enjoy our garden to the fullest.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The most important point for our guests is cleanliness. It is our duty to maintain the hygiene and comfort of your home in our villa. Our villa is delivered to you in a clean way. Our professional staff cleans once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. done for a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 750 Turkish Liras is taken at the first entrance to the villa in order to ensure mutual trust. If we do not encounter any damage, broken or lost problems, the villa is checked 10 minutes before your departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day and departure time is 10.00 on the last day. We would like to state in advance that we will not be able to help you if you come to the villa earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the time period in between. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

Spraying is done regularly in all our villas located in nature. However, in the surrounding area; Unfortunately, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, and pest-like animals. We recommend that you bring a protective body spray with you to avoid any inconvenience.

We cannot guarantee that you will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools . In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve.

Shield; It is a touristic neighbourhood of Kaş, which is located on the slope due to its geographical location. In order to reach all our summer houses located in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.
